1. Is my order secure?
REGNOW (who is the e-commerce partner for 3DPageFlip) has an order process that is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.
2. How soon will I get the product after I place my order online?
For Download Version:
After your order is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your order sent from RegNow, which contains all of your order data including your INVOICE or RECEIPT.
An order request will also be sent to the our database by email. (This will take hours or more to process by REGNOW). As soon as we received the order request, the ultimate confirmation will be sent to you via email containing the link of the downloadable "exe" file and the Registration Code for installation.
If you do not receive an order confirmation after you have submitted your order, please contact us for help.
For CD Version:
Once your order has been processed successfully, a registration email will be sent to you within 24 hours. You can download a new version of our software from the URL we sent to you in the registration email to use the software before your CD finally arrives.
We will ship via US Postal Service First Class mail (US) and Air Mail (overseas) within two business days after receiving your order. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery (US) or 4 weeks for delivery (overseas), although it usually takes much shorter time.
3. What can I do if I haven't got my unlock key after payment?
There are some reasons why this could happen. In most cases, it is because that the registration email is held back as SPAM by your email provider.
Actually, you can go to the order lookup center and fill in a Text box with your registered email address or your order number. You will view details of your order (including the license code), and obtain the invoice. Then you can get the key code by yourself. If you can't get it from this way, you can also contact us to get help.
4. How can I get the invoice/lost register key of my order?
You can view detailed information about your order right online! Click here to look up the order. Pull up a copy of your order by entering your email address, order ID. After you find your order, you may view its status, view details of your order (including the license code), and obtain the invoice. If you can't get it from this way, you can also contact us to get help.
